"patchwork of scars
the stars sing to your skin
bathing in moonlight."

"snow smothered
the wind surrenders
we've all fallen asleep."

"two hearts pound in tandem
sliding over one another
amongst the embers, they are their own hearth."

"wind howling, ice splinters,
cacophonies of screams echo in the night
finally I release my breath."

A collection of poems reflecting on my struggles, wonderings, and emotions throughout the years. A journey of self-growth and reflection, if you will.
