This is a story of a normal seventeen-year-old girl forced into a war between good and evil. At seven they separate her from her twin brother by a strange man and sent to live with her mother and grandmother. When she turns seventeen, she is haunted by dreams of the past and what the future will bring. Nothing she tries can ease these dreams until an arch angel comes to her rescue. The archangel named Gabriel explains why she has these dreams and why she must lead the fight against evil, but first she must confront her mother and grandmother. They turn her life upside when she finds out her family knew. A fight ensued, and she runs away and encounters the demons that wish to kill her. Gabriel rescues her, and the need to train her for a battle which her ancestors have fought for the side of good every one-hundred years. Throughout her ordeal she encounters creatures which want to kill her, and monster that accept her into their family. She finds love and comfort in the enemy's armies and fight her brother to save the world. Can she have the fortitude to save the world from total chaos, or does she save her love and allow the world to seep into darkness?
