New York City, April 1, 1922.
James Maverick a twenty-three year old spy for I.S.O the (International, Spy, Operation,)
Maverick' P.O.V.
I walked down the streets to the I.S.O headquarters, after a while I came to the front entrance of the tall white stone building in front of me, I walked into the office of the I.S.O. Building, I had just got back from an assignment in India early this morning so I was not too enthused when I got a call from my boss saying to meet him in his office, I didn't even have time to change out of my dirty cloth, I still had grass stains on my maroon shirt, light brown vest and honey tie that hung loosely around my neck, my dark brown pants and burnt orange leather boots still had mud caked on them along with my burnt orange leather gloves, my warm silk skin was no different, twigs and mud also resided in my dirty blonde hair, I'm exhausted, my blue eyes were heavy from lack of sleep, I had been running through the jungle almost all night long.
I hope you guys like this!
**A world of shadows. A life-or-death mission. And a secret powerful enough to change everything.**
A team of elite agents is racing against time to retrieve a classified Black Box before it falls into the wrong hands. But they aren't the only ones after it. The most feared man in the underworld-known only as Mafia X-wants it too. And he will do whatever it takes to get it.
As they dig deeper, they uncover a chilling truth-the Black Box isn't just classified intel. It holds something far more dangerous, a secret that could shake both the government and the criminal empire to their core. The further they go, the clearer it becomes-this isn't just a mission. This is war.
But in a world where lies are everywhere and betrayal can come from those closest to you, who can they really trust? As the line between friend and enemy blurs, one question remains-who is X? And why does he want the Black Box so desperately?
The answer could destroy everything.
One secret. One betrayal. One truth that could change it all.
Time is running out. And in a game where trust is deadly, one wrong move could cost them everything.
