In an alternate universe where Splinter lives, Karai takes charge of the Foot and change it to be an honourable clan for good. The Shredder is dead and life has returned to normal...but not for everyone;
    
  Mikey lately has been feeling useless and lonely at home with his brothers constantly ignoring him or getting mad at him for his antics, he one day finds comfort from a strange woman by the name of Misaki Towa, she seems to provide comfort and soothing words to cheer Mikey up and befriend him.
    
Unbeknownst to him and the others, she is secretly the widow of The Shredder and went into hiding at Central Park when she learned of his death. She plans to avenge the Shredder by killing the turtles and Hamato Yoshi with her ninjas still loyal to the Shredder. 
    
While the story goes on and Mikey begins to lost faith and love from his family due to Misaki's toxic words, Can Mikey's brothers and Splinter help him through this ordeal or will Misaki Towa get her revenge by poisoning the one person who is the light of the family?
