There were a lot of things unknown to me, a lot of lies told, it's a part of life. I never thought it would get my parents killed. 

I never thought I'd believe in vampires or that they would kill my parents. That my sister and I would have to be protected by a group of strangers. 

That I would have to go on some dangerous mission to find a world never seen by anyone.

I certainly never thought I would get powers. But it's likes the quote goes,
