What if Master Fu had no time to freely choose the holder of the Ladybug miraculous, he had to settle for a snarky blonde that bumped into him. Chloe Bourgeois, the bratty mayor's daughter becomes the superheroine Scarlet Luck and defend Paris from the clutches of Hawkmoth together with her partner Chat Noir. Instead of love at first sight, the duo bickered and bickered instead. A slow burn with eventual romance after all that banter.
A rewrite of the show with Chloe as Ladybug, because season 4 makes me cry.

Marinette got into the one high school that she dreamed of since forever. Even though her best friend Alya is there, so is Chloe, Sabrina, Nino, and her soon to be crush, Adrien. Marinette has a true musical talent. She can sing, dance, and even write songs, but she just has one problem. She has stage fright. As Marinette anyway. As Ladybug though, she can go crazy on stage and no one would care. Same goes for Chat Noir, but backstage it's just Adrien who can't be as free as he is when he's Chat Noir. What will happen? All because this different turn in time Adrien's life has changed, now if only he could get himself to act normally around Marinette so his feelings wouldn't be so one-sided. Marinette really is a normal girl with a normal life. There's not a single thing people don't know about her because she doesn't find special earring in her possession and unluckily neither does anyone else, causing major trouble for the city of Paris and a lot more work for Chat Noir.
