Y/N moves back to the outer banks after leaving when she was younger. She used to be friends with Rafe Cameron and even liked him at one point.

But things have changed since she's been back. She only came back because she needed to help take care of her family that was living in the obx.

Rafe had no idea she had returned but Topper did because she's going to be staying with him and his family. Y/N doesn't wanna be a kook though she wants the simple life.

One day at a party she meets the pogues and that's were everything goes downhill. Her fellow kooks want her to stay away from them.

But will she listen to them?
