Second Chances

Kendall Jones doesn't believe in second chances. After all, that's all she's ever known her entire life. Her dad believes in getting things right the first time. She's seen a very close family member die because of a second chance. To Kendall, it's right.

Jacob Carter got his heart broken by second chances. Time after time, he trusted the many girls at his school to give him what he wanted: love. But of course, it was just for pleasure, and he trusted them. Now he is scarred and heartbroken and of course, thinks love is the most stupid thing since Velcro shoes. And he's ok with it

But when Kendall and Jacob meet under an unlikely circumstance, it's not that "love at first sight" encounter. Jacob thinks Kendall is a super annoying teen girl who fangirls over everything. Kendall thinks Jacob is a huge egomaniac who has a bad boy reputation. Oddly enough, they become friends, but through forgiveness, heartbreak, cupcake wars and dumb decisions there may be a second chance for everything
