Miraculous Kamisama Hajimemashita {Discontinued/Hiatus}

When Marinette Dupain-Cheng is evicted from her home in consequence to her father's atrocious gambling debts, she comes across an old man who gives her the address to his old home -- that he abandoned 20 years before -- and a kiss on her head. Touched by the kind act, the young lady goes to her new home. But once she reaches the address, the young lady's life instantly changes drastically. Evidently, when the old man from earlier placed his kiss on Marinette's forehead, he also placed in her divine power and therefore the responsibility of Land God of the Fu Shrine. This fantastic and frighteningly head-spinning revelation overwhelms Marinette, but luckily -- hey, that word's new! -- the young human Land God doesn't have to face it alone. Accompanied by the two shrine spirits, Plagg and Tikki, a popular rockstar who also happens to be a tengu named Nathaniel, and a mysterious familiar who was originally a wild cat yokai, Chat Noir, along with various other gods, spirits, familiars, and yokai, who will assist Marinette in her becoming and journey as a Land God.
