Izuku is a villain. His father, the worst villain to ever live, made sure of it. Even before he got his quirk, Izuku wanted to be a hero. Ironic, how things turn out.

So of course his surprise was understandable when it turned out his soul was connected to another. And to a hero in training no less. Izuku isn't sure how much his new connection will affect things.

The answer: A lot.

Kacchan thinks that izuku is useless. Many probably think so too. Deku doesn't have a quirk but his mother paid the doctors not to write him down as quirkless. If you are quirkless, you will not only be treated very badly, but in some cases also hunted. Because of the blood. People with quirks have problems getting a blood donation.
