If one was to remember all the lives they've lived, do you think they could live a "normal" life? I don't think so. If they were to do so, certain moments would overlap, reminding them of the last moment that happened in the past life. PTSD is bound for the one who remembers every life they've lived. Anything they touch could trigger a huge reaction and cause one to be irrational. They would make decisions based on their past lives, forgetting that their current life is somewhat different. All of this can cause a cycle of negative outcomes. What if there was someone out there like that? You know I'm not fond of "What if" questions but what if? Of course not. No one like that exists. Everyone is only human on this Earth. We may have dreams that make our imagination go wild and we can believe it. It won't make people like that exist. The land we stand on goes through seasons and with those seasons come emotions. Emotions will make us believe things that are only temporary. That's the way our minds work...well, normal minds anyways. Look, the knowledge you hold is incredibly great, almost too great. The knowledge you hold brings a huge imagination. Don't get confused with knowledge and imagination. It would be a terrible waste of potential, seeing as you are the best thing that has ever stepped on this campus. I'm sure you're comprehending what I'm saying, right? No, not in the slightest.

Choosing her cost me everything I'd ever loved... including her. I had everything a guy could ask for, a loving family, the perfect small-town life, and a promising future I had worked hard for. It should have been enough. She was off-limits, my parent's best friend's daughter, practically my sister. I fought my feelings, pretending our soul-deep connection didn't exist. When she confessed she felt the same, I pushed her away, believing our friendship mattered more than temporary infatuation. That she agreed should have come as a relief, but it left me with this void I didn't know how to fill. It's what drove me to the bonfire that night. Right there, with our friends as witnesses, I claimed her. Told her I loved her and made her promises I shouldn't have made. Hours later, it all came crashing down in a whirlwind of fire and ashes. That one split-second choice to go after a girl that wasn't meant for me cost me everything I loved. I never should have crossed that line or given in. It's why she'll forever be my greatest love and deepest regret. This tragic story is the beginning of our end...
