Intro

"It was a dark alley, the air stiff and no noise could be heard, but the silence was broken with the blood curdling scream that came and gone in a second. I stood there staring at the screen as the knife clatters to the ground, just to be picked up by the stranger I've been chasing this whole time staring back at me."

Maddie McMahon is a new detective in Seattle. Her first case is a stabbing serial killer that only attacks late in the night, and each killing the stab number shrinks by one, like a ticking time bomb waiting to go off. She must find the killer. Yet, it could be anyone.
