A quiet tech analyst, named Ellie Lombardi, for the FBI suddenly gets thrown a curve ball when one of the members of her team starts paying extra attention to her. She doesn't know how to react to the extra attention... does she act on the feelings that she has felt for years or try to keep it professional?

The section chief for the BAU starts to notice the quiet little tech analyst after his divorce from his wife more than he should. It was strange for him to see another girl that way... or even start to feel that way about another woman. Especially after he thought that he would never love another woman after his divorce. What happens when he gets protective of the girl and forces her to change her comfortable office for a private jet traveling from city to city?

There are moments in life that you work so hard for, things your younger self couldn't even imagine you doing... and when those moments arrive, what do you do with them? After joining the Victim Services Branch of the FBI in Quantico, it's been a dream to interact with the BAU and assist a case of theirs. Your lifestyle of late nights and overworking yourself keep you single despite this loneliness you refuse to acknowledge. But when you're constantly reminded of how quickly life can shatter around your feet, leaving you bare and bleeding as you try to put the pieces back together as neatly as you can... only for life to never be the same again, you start to feel it a little more. When the call finally comes, your work pulls you into a case the BAU is tackling, and while it caught you a little off guard, you walk away from the case with something more. Spencer has never shown vulnerability until you came around, and then things changed. From innocent comments to passionate nights, your world shifts as your two souls collide into one. *Disclaimer/Trigger Warning: this story is a work of fiction building off of information gathered from the series Criminal Minds and my own experiences within social service work. Psychosis

66 parts Complete

(A Criminal Minds Fanfic {Dr. Spencer Reid}) Isabel Ashe: writer, supposed prodigy, all-around mystery. No one knows anything about Isabel, but that's because she wants to keep it that way. The FBI, however, doesn't want to keep it that way. Throughout Isabel's works, it's been shown she is an expert on forensic psychology: an expert of knowing how to get into a criminal's mind to catch them. For this reason, it is thought that she would be an excellent member of the Behavioral Analysis Unit, or the BAU. However, they have to find her first. They thought of sending the BAU to find her. After all, who better to find a potential profiler than a team of profilers? The members of the BAU didn't expect to have to find the ghost of a girl that is Isabel Ashe. However, when all other resources have been exhausted, it seems they are the only chance the FBI has left of finding her. Thanks to the technical genius of Penelope Garcia, they quickly find out who Isabel Ashe really is, and finding her becomes less of a challenge. They prepared for how they were going to tell Isabel Ashe that she was wanted by the FBI for reasons they didn't know. What they didn't prepare for was finding the girl riddled with psychosis, among other things. Yet, they decide to take a chance with her when they see she has amazing control over her psychosis. After all, who better to catch a psycho than a psycho?
