After being in Genova for what felt like so long, Giulia and Luca were finally coming back to Portorosso for the summer. After what felt like ages, the underdogs will finally be reunited, and most importantly, Luca will finally be able to see his best friend Alberto again. Even with this in mind, Luca just feels weird. Is it his nerves? Is he just anxious? Whatever it is, Luca is feeling something he's never felt before. He just can't put his finger on it. Only time will tell....

This is set after the events of the movie "Luca". I am writing this story with the mindset that if you're reading this, then you've most likely already seen the movie. I will try my best to include some recaps here and there, but watching the movie prior to reading this would be a big help :D

We've all seen the movie Luca, but have you ever wondered what the characters were thinking? Or what Giulia does other than training? Well hopefully some of your questions will be answered in my story! I will be switching (actually I haven't completely figured it out) POV's between Alberto, Luca, and probably Giulia to tell the story that we see on screen with a little extra information. But that cause a big problem when they got caught and they were sent back home but they told the town about the deal they've made in order for them to keep some riches they deeply desire they must make a trade, to keep what they desire they must leave someone who they admire, but they must come willingly, Lorenzo told his family and Luca instantly knew what it means and he sacrificed himself to save his home and family. When he got to isla del mare he met Alberto who suddently had a quick liking to Luca and he looks familiar somehow. Ercole plan to still get everything to be more rich even if it means sacrificing others and murder. Luca and Alberto seems to be getting close every day but they didn't know if it is real love or not. But with Ercole's wrath and the sea monsters warning, this might lead to war. And Alberto was having a different kind of change but trying to conceal it. What will happen? What is Ercole willing to do? Are Luca and Alberto really in love? Why is Luca so familiar to Alberto? Will the war destroy everything and everyone they love? Will Luca see his family again? What change is Alberto concealing? Everything about this movie was just so awesome and beautiful! Annabella, a 14 year old girl who's came down to town to be with her good closest friend Giulia during the summer and to win at the Portorosso Cup race.
