All of Renae's life had been fine up until her 11th birthday. Things happed, bad things, and her life had never been the same. The laughter and joy turned to sorrow and despair. Her happiness turned into broken memories and her memories almost forgotten. Except for her 11th birthday, which she remember quite vividly.
Now, 17, Renae is struggling through junior high and getting through day by day. With Her best friend, Chloe, and her current boyfriend, Allen, Highschool still isn't her prime years. But then again was any year her year? Hiding her past and surviving in a group home is much harder than she thought it would be.
