After a traumatic incident from the past, Rhine Clemmings now in college has been trying to live normally like everyone else. He's smart enough, has great friends and pretty much has everything else played out well for him - or at least he thought so until Colin, his neighbor and also his arch enemy decides to hit on his best friend, Claire. Knowing this would tick Rhine off, Colin tries to do everything in his will to make the boy notice him in a different light and bothered by his changed demeanor, Rhine couldn't help but wonder what what was up in his sleeves for him to be on edge every time he's around.
