Complicated

Bec (not Beck Oliver) had just moved to LA from Australia. She had been accepted into a school called Hollywood Arts.

Her boyfriend Cam of 2 years (on and off) came with her to LA as he had a scholarship for playing Football at UCLA which luckily was only a street away from Hollywood Arts.

So she thankfully she didn't have to endure the culture shock alone as there was a fellow Aussie in her bed every night.

Bec had some issues with substances she wouldn't admit it but Cam would.

She had been accepted into Hollywood Arts for her one true passion and aspiration making music. Sure the music she would usually make would be depressing and sometimes heartbreaking,
but it was genuine and that was all the principle of Hollywood Arts cared about and the fact that she was extremely talented at writing and singing music.

One thing Bec didn't expect was to have her breath taken away by Jade West. Which almost never happened to Bec.

She was always so in control of her life and nothing seemed to faze her that was until she met this complicated creature she would grow to love as she was almost as complicated as Bec.
