از واگذاری ۶هزار معدن که بگذریم، مساله بعدی، قرار گرفتن نقاط جدید برای آزادسازی است که طبق نقشه‌ های کاداستر وزارت صمت، این نقاط جدید بیش از ۳۰درصد از مساحت محدوده‌های معدنی کشور را دربرمی‌گیرد. این مناطق قرار است ۱۳، ۱۵، ۱۶، ۲۰ و ۲۲ تیرماه و برخلاف قوانین دولتی و بدون برگزاری مزایده از طریق یک وب‌سایت آزادسازی شوند. با این حساب بیش از ۳۰درصد از مساحت محدوده‌های معدنی کشور را اولین نفراتی تصاحب خواهند کرد که موفق شده‌اند در اولین ثانیه‌های باز شدن سایت، ثبت‌نام کنند
