Both MC and ML will heal each others (especially ML, he's a poor baby T~T). The author's writing style is pretty cheerful with a smooth story flow. 
I know some people can't understand xianxia (let alone in mtl), but i still recommend this if you're tired reading the same cliche story about transmigration.
