But before he reaches it, he comes across a hidden country, Marrusi, near Japan in the pacific ocean. Things here, he quickly finds out, are quite like Japan, except for a few differences. One being, quirks are rare and the few people with them, keep it quiet. On this, his 4th year at Marrusi he decides to attend at a local high school, Kasai High School.
