Abhilasha is sick of her mundane life, but with a bank account that can barely cover her rent, she's not jetting off to Paris like the heroines in her favorite books. Instead, she books a one-way ticket to Goa, hoping to escape for a while-and maybe find herself along the way.

Uday is a man who commands fear. A billionaire with dangerous ties to the mafia, he's built his empire through ruthlessness and control. His sprawling mansion in Goa is a reflection of that-luxurious but cold, much like the man himself. Abhilasha, his family friend's niece, is nothing like the women in his world.
