Aizawa has a side job to help pay for stuff that he needs for his family. Izuku is a bad boy and everyone in class 1-A hates him and so does All Might. All of class 1-A is homophobic so Izuku becomes friends with kids from class 1-B and some pro heros. Izuku works at a cat cafe on the side. He is cold towards everyone except his friends and family. Aizawas side job is at a strip club.

Quirkless doesn't mean useless but because of how quirkless kids are being treated they often end up dead.. Izuku Midoriya is a kid that was born quirkless. Izuku Midoriya is the traitor of Class 1-A. However, as with most things in his life, it's complicated. After his father left, life with his single mother was difficult as money was tight. He was bullied at school and ostracized for being weak and "quirkless". After his mother's mysterious death labeled as a suicide in his last year of junior high, something changed in Izuku.
