Kokichi Ouma, or James Soot, second born or adopted son to Wilbur soot, was dead. But.. Not exactly anymore.
After his death in danganronpa v3, we get a glimpse of what happened after the three years after danganronpa, he.. Was now a spirit, roaming the smp all around it. But now, he feels very different from before, like his body feels different.. Like someone had revived him.

One of the worst things that happened to Tommy and believe me, loads of bad things has happened to him. But being stuck in a single place, far away from his friends and family and with a blob that has taken two of his canon lives and who may have plans of his own, has to be up there in Tommy's list of Worse Things that Has Happened to Me. So he ran away. Whether he snuck into Technoblade's house was intentional or not is honestly up in the air to debate. But when it came to it, Tommy had two choices.
