A purple mist envelops part of the world and anyone that tries to get in is spat back out at a random point in time. A global campaign to explore the mist has been tirelessly in pursuit of a way inside the continental fog, but so far no one has been able to explore the mists. Nita, however, is a young spy who found a clue in her very own organization. She is not the only person, however, who knows she found a clue, and now she must embark on perhaps the most dangerous mission of her life, all in pursuit of being the great adventurer who found a way into Lavender's Shroud.
