You had spent a eternity serving Yellow Diamond as a entertainer. Despite not understanding emotions, you loved her. She was your Diamond and no matter how much abuse she hurled at you, you had loved her more than anything.. Then she handed you down to her sister, Pink Diamond. Even though it had hurt you that she abandoned you, you had still thought things would be fine.. Until one day, people realized you were broken. They found out that you didn't understand fusing or emotions and said "well, as a entertainer you need to understand the acts you're performing! And a entertainer should be happy! It's part of their job! It's all a Tanzanite is!" And were going to shatter you.. Or so they thought. This story takes place sometime when season 5 is nearing it's end (I do not own the art used in the book. All rights go to the creators of the artwork.) (All rights to characters go to Rebecca Sugar. The only character that is mine in this book is Tanzanite and the fusion gems involving Tanzanite.)

He will go up against other Gems from outer space, crime lords, and demons, but he will not face them alone. The odds are against them, it won't be easy, but they're not going to do this alone. Why? Because they are the Crystal Gems, they always save the day, and if you think they can't, they always find the way!

The Gems, an interplanetary race of light-based beings, once linked to Earth, vanished millennia ago. 5,300 years ago, a long and arduous war took place, with over 1000 years of constant fighting. For a time, this is what these Gems would do, travel to a planet, destroy all of its biological life, and harvest the planet for it's resources. This boy, as known by pretty much everyone in the town, was Steven Universe. After catching his breath slightly, Steven notices an older boy stealing a loaf of bread from a nearby grocery store. Determined to stop the apparent "criminal behaviour", Steven rushes into action, startling his three female companions, and soon all four are chasing the older boy.

From her gem side she inherited Pink Diamond's powers despite lacking a gemstone and her human side's autism sometimes makes it harder to understand other people. Both aspects are part of who she is and she embraces each , but her Diamond powers are forbidden by her parents. After a heated argument about using said powers, Nora flees to the mountains and witnesses an event that puts her life in danger, forcing her family to send her to Beach City to be under the protection of her Gem Aunts. Set thirty years after the end of the series, Steven Universe : The Diamond Legacy follows Nora and a new generation of Crystal Gems as they confront the consequences of the past, and become part of a bigger family .
