Meredith was always really smart so it wasn't a surprise when she became an Attending at the age of 25. On her journey to the medical work she meet Derek Shepherd in college. They went to thick and thin and soon realized that they had something special. So after they got married and finished their residency they both were already two well known extraordinary surgeons. They decide to travel the world together for rare and special cases. But what happens if one unplanned thing changes their whole life's? And nothing is like before? Read to follow their journey threw the world.

Elevator love merder
A continuation of the series from season 3. Some changes were made in the storyline, but nothing too huge, basically more focused on their private life, and less on surgery. They take steps more quickly than in the series. Also it becomes more interesting from the 3rd part, until then, pretty much the same as the series. Mature scenes will appear. They slowly start catching feelings for each other that grow stronger each passing second. Will they act on them or keep the hidden from everyone, staying in relationships without any flame.Complete
