Late nights & cigarettes

Late nights and cigarettes is a K. Bakugo x Oc story that takes place when Katsuki is a bit older (22). Katsuki is just starting his agency and striking off on his own, a new town, no Shitty deku.
Katsuki is tired from back to back missions, on top of trying to find a new apartment.
He finally decided on a 2 story duplex, a woman was offering to rent the other unit out for a good price.

His landlord, Verity, is a bit strange.
She never seems to sleep.
She can always be seen on the balcony smoking a cigarette and drinking coffee.
What will happen when Katsuki hears screams from upstairs?
