17 year old Luz Noceda never expected to go to Hexide High, one of the biggest schools in the country. She wanted to start over fresh after her bad experiences back at home. Amity Blight has been one of he smartest people in Hexide High. Even thought her mother was strict, her father was more caring. Everything seemed normal for Luz at the boiling Isles until one day a speaker shows up in her Demonics and Monsters class, Luz felt off about this speaker until they mention something about their goal to catch a human in the midst of their list of monsters they wished to catch. After the encounter Luz has been getting random anxiety and panic attacks as she has a feeling they have something to do with the speaker. Who will Luz fall to and who will believe her? I suck at summaries/descriptions but I promise it's a good fanfic. (This is our first fanfic but we put a lot of effort into it. This was written after 'Understanding Willow' aired but this could take place anywhere between then and before she faces Belos. This is slight Canon Divergence but not much changed.) Two Queens, Two Hearts: A Lumity Story
Synopsis: Amity Blight's relationship with Luz Noceda takes a turn upon meeting a mysterious stranger who reveals that he knows about Amity's secret crush on Luz. Introduction: This was my VERY FIRST fanfiction! I wrote Two Queens, Two Hearts: A Lumity Story to deal with the hiatus after the first season of The Owl House ended. I initially intended to write the first two chapters only, but then I got a bunch of new ideas about how Lumity and the overall arc of TOH could develop. I picked up where the first season left off, and I wrote as much as possible. However, when the second season of TOH started airing, I thought it better to let Dana Terrace and the TOH team tell their story their way. I have also decided to write original stories and begin pursuing a career as a professional writer because of all the tremendous praise I got for writing this story, plus all the fun I had writing it! TQTH is mainly a romance story. Our young heroines will have to face a brief threat, but the narrative will primarily focus on Luz and Amity's relationship, so get ready for some sappy, sapphic stuff! I hope you enjoy it! Luz and Amity live very different lives. Amity is a witch who is from a rich and powerful family who doesn't treat her the best, she has no friends. Luz is a half-witch, half-demon with black, feathery wings. She lives with her adopted mom (Eda), adopted ren (Rain), and adopted brother (King), she also has no friends (Gus and Willow are coming later). Luz is forced to pack and leave two days before the second semester and live with her Mom's friend, Eda. On the way, she meets a few people and a minty-haired devil standing before her eyes. She finds herself intrigued by the girl and tries to get closer to her. Will Luz find friends and adjust to her new life at Hexside? Will she get close to the minty-haired girl? Or will she drown in her self-pity? Find out. WARNING. Amity's breath hitches in her throat, and she doesn't speak. "Can I kiss you?" Luz asks, her breath tickling Amity's lips. Without any hesitation Amity nods her head yes, her eyes still wide. She couldn't believe it. Was this actually happening or was she dreaming? Luz looks at Amity again, obviously nervous. She doesn't seem to move, so Amity does instead. She cups Luz's face with her hands and gently brings her closer, pressing her lips against Luz's. The hybrid lets out a muffled squeak of surprise, but doesn't pull away or try to stop Amity. After a moment Amity releases Luz and covers her mouth with her hand, her cheeks tinted pink. Luz says nothing, and her ears lower, the tips of them red. "Wow." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Luz Clawthorne-Noceda had always lived in the demon realm along with Camila and Eda, her moms.
