Akai Tsubasa, better known under the alias of Phoenix, is a Phantom Thief that has been under the public eye due to his abnormal powers. Many have theorised, but Phoenix remains shrouded in mystery.

During a heist, Phoenix has an accidental run in with another - Blue, the former Captain of the Blue Pirates. Considering him just a nuisance, Phoenix tries to ignore Blue, but eventually sees him as someone.. competent, and takes him under his wing (quite literally) as an apprentice.
