Fate assigns him Brett Yang, a bratty freshman who's infuriatingly awful at the violin and can't be bothered to practice. But who's also kind of cute. [COMPLETED] Eddy just turned 18. He is drawn to Brett, who seems to know all the answers to life's difficult questions. Eddy wants to be just like Brett and they come up with a perfect plan, that is if only Brett could remember anything...! The first chapter was written as a one-shot for my one-shot/short stories book "What if I ain't no violinist?" and I had decided to continue to write further chapters.

"Hey, are you Brett? Do you guys need help?" The guy I suspected to be Brett visibly hesitated with his movements. Before he could say anything, the other figure, initially clinging to him, raised his head and body to my direction. "I'm Eddy Chen from TwoSet Violin! This is Brett Yang, also from TwoSet Violin!!" He shouted. I think it's clear what the situation was. Yep, Eddy was drunk.

There he was again. On the way to a plain, grassy hill, surrounded by high grass and the occasional, lonely flower. And on top of the hill, a mirror. The yearning inside him almost swallowed him whole as he stepped closer like on autopilot, hoping to finally, finally find an answer to his burning desire as he raised his hand, his finger almost touching the blurry surface...
