This has given them abilities known as Rad-A (Radiation Ability). Thousands have sailed the toxic seas to land in the port of Neo Florida, where a grand contest is being held. The contest: To kill all of the "Radiation Zombies" that's spreading the nation from Florida to Neo York. Whoever gets to Neo York first, and kills a large amount of Radiation Zombies gets a grand prize of over 20,000,000 quarters.
