A human girl named Flower, is adopted by vampires.
And is trained to be a werewolf hunter.
She is waiting to be turned into a vampire.
But, the vampire Council feels she is too fearless. That she wouldn't be able to be controlled.
As her father is the head of council,  he pleads for his daughters case. 
They agree that if she agrees to marry someone who could control her,  she can be granted immortality.
Her father seeing great possibilities to bring in two nations,  he will try to marry her off to a different national's prince.
