Peter Parker, orphaned at 13 because he lost May after a house fire. He'd constantly been in and out the system, been at multiple foster homes (where he was constantly abused) and sent to juvie multiple times for "attacking an adult". He'd almost given up hope on life till Tony Stark came along. Will he finally get the childhood he deserved?
