Y/N Grady works in the famous theme park, Jurassic World. She lives and works with her older brother, Owen Grady. Just like him, she is an animal behaviourist and trains the velociraptor. Y/N is several years younger than her brother and came on the island much later than him. She also happens to be the only one to know about his past relationship with Claire Dearing, the Senior Assets Manager of the park.

Even though she's the only one who knows about it, she doesn't know all the details. Owen often avoids conversations that include his ex. She's not a subject he enjoys mentioning. That's why not even Y/N knows why they broke up or what happened between the two.

One day, Owen asks his little sister to bring his monthly reports to Miss Dearing's office since he doesn't want to do it himself.
