"Why can't you just leave me alone?" I spat at Josh.
"Hmmm? Go play hockey with your stupid team and leave me alone I don't need a hockey player giving me tips on how to figure skate! "I yelled...
As he was looking at me he grinned and said "well technically your trying to become a hockey player and I was trying to be nice but you gotta be a bitch!!"
With that he turned around and walked into the guys locker room.

18+ only #1 in Marriage of Convenience [July 2024] "The fewer people that know the truth the better. And if this all goes smoothly, you two will be able to get divorced before the hockey season ends." "I have the places where you both will sign," His eyes lifted and scanned both of us. "But only of course, if you both agree to this." "I'll do it," I said honestly. Minnow sighed outwardly and bit her bottom lip. "If you need more time-" "No," she swallowed, staring at the thick packet in front of us. "I feel like this goes without saying but...no sex. Of any kind. It only complicates things." My cheeks flushed with heat, probably turning pink and Minnow choked. "We won't..." I shook my head, clenching my jaw. Shivers crossed my back. "You don't have to worry about that," Minnow said obviously. "Trust me." ***************************************** Minnow Noel is known for two things: being a hot head and an amazing figure skater. Running from a dark relationship and a past version of herself, she ends up where her skating career all started. Norwegian native Søren Skejeggstad's only focus in life is hockey. With no time for women or a personal life, his only goal is to become the top NHL all-star. But when a major problem arises, he's at risk of losing his dreams if he doesn't figure something out. They were once friends in a past life but now things are cold as ice between them. Just the thought of Søren alone makes Minnow's blood run cold and he'd rather avoid her at all costs. But now an opportunity presents itself and wait...can they get along for a little while or will they end up killing each other before their agreement is through? I'm Finn Vasco but that's not quite important right now. I'm a pretty sarcastic guy if I'm gonna be honest. I'm closed off and I literally only have one friend. I might hate everybody in my school... but there's this guy there. He's... let's say, dreamy, someone who I thought would never even acknowledge my existence. That guy who was too damn good to be true, who was too good for me, who was too good for... everybody! You get what I'm trying to say. He's that cliché king of the campus and a popular and attractive heartthrob and with just one wink, he can send people on their knees... That sounded so wrong, anyway. So can you blame me for being over the moon when one day, he approached me only to what? ...To ask for my help courting my freaking best friend. I knew it was stupid for me to hope I'd even have any chance with him anyway. So I just agreed to help him. Even if I was hurting myself and potentially my best friend in the process, my best friend who has been there with me through the thick and thins, I still did it... I mean what could go wrong besides literally everything? So my plan was to just set my crush and my best friend up, and then everything would be alright... right? But of course, life doesn't like it when people have it easy. *** Highest Ranking #2 on #lgbtfiction #5 on #boyxboy #6 on #gay #8 on #teenfiction *** ~ WARNING: This story contains strong language and bullying. A brother and a sister. One is the captain of the hockey team in a small town while the other aspires to be the best figure skater out there. But what happens when they cross paths after a year of being apart, and everything has changed. One doesn't want to be seen by the other, rather wanting to leave the small town for bigger opportunities and the other has lost their aspirations to be the best figure skater, rather wanting to be on the ice hockey team. Everyone thought that nothing could come between the two of them, but maybe there is more to their story. Maybe they both have secrets they have been hiding for so long that they don't even know the truth. But what happens if it isn't all about how they have changed and grown apart and that someone else was involved? No one knows the truth, but maybe by adding the bad boy's, The Armani's, to the table will bring someone down, or someone else up. Just bring the grandchildren of a designer together and see what happens. See who breaks first. See who messes with the Lauren's first. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "I don't know who you are anymore" "I trusted you. I trusted that you wouldn't do that to me but you did it anyways" "I'm not the good girl you left behind for your hockey team. People change, Aiden. I've changed and so have you" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TW* some themes and words may be distressing for some* ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Started: 30.10.22 Finished: Rankings:

67 parts Complete

"Why do you play hockey?" He asked with a sense of urgency to his voice," Callahan why do you play hockey?" She shook her head, not able to find the right words," The box," She finally forced out," I used to play for the box." "Why do you play now?" He asked again. "I play because I love it, and because I made a promise." Callahan Smith has been playing hockey her whole life. Although, she spent most of her time in the penalty box. Being the only girl on a boys team, she thought that was the easiest way. That all changed when the team captain stepped in and changed the way Callahan played. A year later, half way through her last season as a youth hockey player, Callahan and her team are forced to face a tragedy. They only have a few more months to make good on a promise they'd made. It all boils down to the penalty box, after all it only takes one stupid mistake to change the game.
