Domenico Vollaro, the Capo of the Vollaro clan has trained and worked extensively to ensure the resurrection of his once forgotten clan is successful in Milan. However, he plans to take a different approach to achieve his goal. The only person who would be able to achieve his goal on the strategy he wants it is no other than Ely Smith, a dangerous young woman who is feared by many and relentless in every thing she does. With her own plans in mind, she becomes interested in assisting Domenico but at what cost?
