Harry Potter starts off his Fourth Year going to the Quidditch World Cup with the Weasleys, a happy reprieve from the torture that is the Dursleys. He could tell that it was going to be a good year. In fact, they had never expected to need anyone else. Hogwarts changed that. School proved that family isn't just about the blood that runs in your veins, you can choose.
