Back in 2021, my mother knew this girl called Lola who was wide awake, her whole family raised her right and never kept a thing from her. They all did it in secret though, they predicted a divide so catastrophic that death would follow suit so that's how it had to be. A life of hiding in the poison shadows, waiting for their time to come.
There's only a small number of people left on this planet now, only an even smaller amount of them know the truth. At this rate, I'm going to die alone, on the run from those freaks and nobody will save me. If I can't find my parents, I will die.
