At the beginning of the 21st century, humanity lost almost all its terrestrial territory due to strong climate change and global warming among other factors.
Almost immediately in response to this problem an unidentified fleet appeared from the depths of the seas and implemented a blockade of all marine routes.
Humanity was cast out of the seas.
10 years after the last battle against the enemy, the government and the economy were in chaos, communication by satellite or submarine cables was quickly destroyed.
In addition, all communications were interfered with by the enemy, isolating each nation and preventing its ability to confirm the existence of those of the others.
Humanity called this enemy "Abyssal", after years the Kanmusus (Shipgirls or Fleet Girls) found their hope.
What will the life of a recently graduated Admiral be like in the face of the great mission of recovering the sea and relating to the girls who are the hope of humanity.

Ships of the Sakura Empire struck Eagle Union ships by surprised not long ago, and this action dragged the Eagle Union into the conflict without giving them a choice to ignore or try and stay out of the out-of-control flames, we call war. Meanwhile, the Iron Blood slipped into Royal navy-controlled waters, and a scuffle between the two countries flag ships was set into motion, that ultimately ended with the Royal Navys Flag Ship HMS Hood sent to the bottom of the sea. News of her death would send shockwaves across the WORLD! That would be FELT across the lands, oceans and mountains by all.
