Welcome to another world of Far Cry 5 Fanfiction.

The story starts before the end of the world. Remember how simple things were back in 2014? Toril Boice remembers them fondly. Would she trade the way things are now for those times? Possibly, but it's not like the times then were simple for her then versus now either.

She left Missoula with hopes of moving on, but what she found back home in Hope County was anything but hopeful. Besides the falling economy, lack of jobs, no growth opportunities, a new group of people showed up a few years ago under the radar and slowly began to make a name for themselves. It's been 6 years since they apparently moved in, and she never heard mention of them. Like most of the folks around the valley, at the time, she plays the friend.
