Albedo was struggling to balance the responsibility of taking care of his younger sister, ignoring rumors about him, and dodging a tyrant mayor who had it out for him. When he thinks things can't get any worse, the mayor frames him for theft, the punishment being execution. Frantically thinking about ways to get out of it, the day of the execution comes and Albedo's got a few plans in mind. Before he could execute them though, they're small town gets raided by the S-rank pirate, Kaeya Alberich, who seemed to have taken a interest in Albedo. How far will this interest take them?

Even still to this day, Mondstadt will never be the same. - Deep under the Knights of Favonious Head Quarters is a boy. Well, he really isn't a boy. He isn't even human. He's blindfolded and gagged, bound to the wall. He never moves, never speaks. He's been like that for 10 years. Kaeya found out about him on complete accident. Kaeya should have known it was dangerous by the winding halls and the lack of light. But Klee persisted on going farther. Until they stumbled upon a small boy. He sat in a prison cell unmoving. Klee thought he was dead. They told Jean, who in turn, asked Varka who that boy was. He told them that he was dangerous. He needed to be kept down there.
