How different would things have been for the company and more importantly for Thorin if Bilbo was Bella? Bella Baggins was a simple hobbit of Bag-End when Gandalf the Grey came and asked her to partake in an adventure. She never thought that she could embrace her inner Took. And then she met him. Thorin Oakenshield and he gave her the confidence she needed. If only he could see it.
