In the heart of Italy lies a commission making all the rules. Full of old blood, money and greed. They've been writing the book since the beginning of time.

Donovan Russo, young and new blood. He doesn't necessarily follow any rulebook but his own. Living in his father's shadow, high expectations are upon him. He's been apart of the game since he was a little boy. The only judgement he takes is from himself.

Rae Lyon, another young blood amongst the commission. Not only is she young, but she's the first black woman on the commission. You can only imagine how that's going for her. Fighting for her position daily, she puts down the iron hammer when it comes to conducting business.

What happens when Donovan gets himself into a serious situation that Rae is now involved in? These two set out to change the rulebook forever.
