Jasper, alone in the world, his family gone except his estranged younger sister, lives in a small town in the English countryside. 
While on one of his nightly walks due to his insomnia he saves a young man's life, a life the young man desperately wanted to leave behind after the deaths of his friends and brother but by saving his life Jasper unexpectedly changes his own, leaving him to question on whether he's happy to carry down this path or start fresh and accept the difficulties that come with it.
