16 year old Noel Leigh is the best rider at Tranqulity Equine Center. Everyone agrees. Noel is even the boarders top pick for someone to exercise their horses because of her easy going attitude. Noel doesn't have her own horse though and that eats her up. Her family isn't rich, but not poor. Middle class. She prays and prays for her family to win the lottery so she could get her very own horse and to go to her dream equsetrain school, Briarwood Prepatory. Briarwood is the top school in the United States and is very hard to get into. Will the 16 year old from New Jersey get her prayers answered?
