A country vocal band decides to take the winter of an go on vacation in California. They end up staying at a resort ran by a married couple, not realizing that is was a marriage made in hell for the woman. She feels trapped in her marriage to an abusive man. Adam discovers this and tries to help her. They end up falling into a forbidden romance. Will she be able to get away from the husband once and for all?
