Tank is a bull terrier and stray. He's been living out on the streets for most of his life, stealing food and dealing with strong prejudice against his bully breed he's had his fair share of experiences.

When he gets tricked into getting caught by animal control Tank is shoved into the pound. It's here he meets a cat named Ruby. Sure, she may be a bit stuck-up and rude, but she's still smart and makes a pretty good escape partner.

He then petted it gently, it seemed to enjoy his petting, he put his book aside to pet the cat further, then suddenly he touched something on the cat's neck, a collar that color of blue, with the name of the cat, Jinx, and it also has the number of the owner. When he saw it he looked around to see if anyone was seemingly finding something or anything. After a few minutes he didn't spot anyone yet, so he decided to call the number. It rang and then someone answered, a girl voices, sounding worried and stressed, named Valencia. She asked him who he was, how he got her number. He tried to calm her down then answered the questions, then informed her that he has her cat, when she heard what he said her demeanor changed all of a sudden, she shierked with excitement, seemingly happy to hear the news. She told him where to meet her, when they met they instantly clicked, they exchanged numbers. And they developed something as they continued to communicate with each other with the girl's cat.
