Everything seems to go well for the Earthrealm warriors even there's many changes due to the Thunder God's visions from the future.
Unfortunately he had missed out one while the monsters from Outworld came to Earth, few of the warriors were being ambushed by the cyber Lin Kuei and Queen Sindel, they survived but the Hollywood actor Johnny Cage, SWAT commander Curtis Stryker and Shaolin monk Kung Lao were kidnapped while they were separated, not knowing what will lead them will change their fate forever...
// This is inspired by the rps I did for two years in Instagram, mostly from Mortal Kombat and the animated series Marvel: What If..? So yeah, so I decided to write this fanfic to make my own story based on one of my favorite games Mortal Kombat 9 Reboot. //

But Jaune will realize that not all people are who they appear to be. (Important: The original creator of this story is Arcanus the Scribe. He and I were planning on rewriting it together.
