Fay thinks she is insane when she wakes up on night, to find a man by the name of Eamon standing at the foot of her hospital bed, offering to take her away to a magical land far far away.
When Fay finally agrees to go with the man, assuming it is all a dream, not reality, she finds that her world is far more complicated than it seemed before- and that was pretty complicated.
I mean, what is more complicated than a girl who has seemed to appear from no where unable to talk? A girl who has no family, or memories as to where she came from? A girl who's life seems to be slowly fading away, even though there is nothing at all wrong with her?
Well Fay is about to find out the answer to all of the questions above, and realize she was probably better off not knowing at all.
But when she starts to regret following Eamon to this new and scarily beautiful world, it is already far too late to go back.
