Not Today

this was written for the prompt: Deku getting sick/hurt and hiding it while on a mission and Kacchan having to save him.
It's very similar to my last story as i had a second idea on that topic.

Overview:
Katsuki scanned the scene, trying to pick out the deep turquoise of Izuku's hero costume amongst the rubble, but instead his eyes locked onto a bright crimson streak along an upturned chunk of rock, unmistakably in the shape of a handprint swiped down across its surface.
